High Heels

95% of my shoe collection used to be high heels. I still like to wear them occasionally, but they’re best enjoyed like chocolate – once in a while and in small doses.

Fact is, they mess up your spinal alignment, which means they are also messing up the flow of energy in your body. Check it out for yourself. Notice how much lighter you feel when you’re grounded in flats.

(Give it some time. Your feet, legs, hips and spine need to re-adjust to being in flats.)

I know foot doctors that call this “flip-flop-itis”: every summer women flock to the podiatrist because they are in pain from the transition from heels to flip-flops!

Love your blog, T, it’s really inspirational – you were a born writer. And the photography is stunning.

Hope you and your growing family have a wonderful holiday!
