Tummy Ache

Ok. You ate too much or too fast, and now you’re in pain. First step, think about how to avoid a repeat.

Next step – move on. Don’t dwell in the negative thoughts and emotion. They are poison to your body, and you’re already in pain so don’t kick yourself while you’re down!

Take a couple of minutes to sit quietly with a straight spine, or walk around the house, block, office, etc. This will help with digestion and gives you some time to turn your attention to positive thoughts.

Imagine the vitamins in the food shooting out to all parts of your body. Or, in the worst case scenario – you ate something totally devoid of nutrition – at least it has calories. And calories = energy. So think about all that energy you’re now super-energized with and what you’re going to do with it.
